BTE: Fools of a Feather

Although it has been a century since the war, the impact left by those who have passed on are still being felt by many, particularly Kateryn and Icarus. Friends out of circumstance, the two were both born into lives not by their own volition— Kateryn is “gifted” the role of Vessefkairia, an occupation of high importance that ensures the balance between the living and spirit realm; while Icarus is the first hybrid within the royal avian family, which led to his ostracize. However, the discovery of a certain infamous ghost leads the two into uncovering secrets never meant to surface, bringing their supposed purposes into questioning.
